Our position: we earn placements, we don't sell links
RankSupply is a content placement and outreach service. What an agency pays for is the work — publisher outreach, original content, editorial coordination, and reporting — that earns a brand a placement on a relevant publication. We do not sell PageRank, and we don't promise rankings. Every guideline below follows from that.
How we vet a publication
A site is only added to our inventory after it clears four checks, applied in this order. Most prospects are rejected.
- Verified organic traffic. Real, Ahrefs-verified organic visits trending flat or up. Domains coasting on expired-domain authority with no readers are rejected.
- Genuine editorial standards. Named editors, real review, and a rejection rate above zero. If a site publishes anything for anyone, we treat its links as worth what that implies.
- Clean outbound profile. We check what a site links out to. Publications linking into casino, pharma, or essay-mill clusters are excluded regardless of their metrics.
- Topical relevance. The publication has to make sense for the brand's niche. Relevance is the filter, not an upsell.
How we produce content
- Articles are written by our editorial team, matched to each publication's style and audience.
- Content is original, on-topic, and written to be genuinely publishable — not spun, not AI-dumped, not keyword-stuffed.
- You approve the topic, angle, anchor text, and full draft before anything is pitched. Revisions are included until it matches your brief.
- Anchor text is chosen to read naturally in context. We advise against exact-match over-optimization and will flag it when we see it.
How we label links honestly
We report the real follow status of every placement. This matters most for PR and news:
- Guest posts and niche edits on our vetted inventory are delivered as followed, editorially-placed links unless stated otherwise.
- Top-tier newswire and syndicated PR is mostly nofollow. We say so plainly — its value is brand authority and E-E-A-T, not PageRank.
- Sponsored or paid placements are labeled as such, consistent with Google's requirement to mark them rel="sponsored" or nofollow.
- Every delivery report lists the live URL and its follow status per placement.
What we will not do
- We don't place links on private blog networks (PBNs) or sites built only to sell links.
- We don't guarantee specific rankings, positions, or traffic numbers.
- We don't misrepresent nofollow links as followed, or inflate DR with manufactured metrics.
- We don't accept work for illegal, adult, or harmful content, and we decline niches we can't place responsibly.
- We don't contact your clients or reveal that RankSupply fulfilled the work.
Corrections & the warranty
If a placement drops or loses its follow status within the warranty window, we replace it with an equal-or-better publication or refund it. If we ever get a factual detail wrong in delivered content, we correct it with the publisher at no charge. Raise anything at hi@ranksupply.io.
