Marketplace Claim Policy

What a claim is for

If you represent a listed marketplace, you may request a claim so we can verify your role and accept factual corrections: official name, website, logo, countries, signup URLs, and which services you actually sell.

Submit the claim form on the profile or email hi@ranksupply.io from a company domain. We will not add a public owner badge until we have checked the request.

What owners may do

• Correct factual errors on the profile
• Suggest missing countries, languages, or service flags
• Respond in public to a published community review (responses are moderated)
• Flag a review that is spam, impersonation, or demonstrably false

What owners may not do

• Edit or delete community reviews
• Change the RankSupply verdict, test badge, or last-checked byline
• Change community ratings or helpful votes
• Pay to suppress a legitimate negative review
• Require RankSupply to use their marketing copy as the editorial overview

A claimed profile is still a RankSupply page. The review methodology governs research, testing labels, and moderation. Terms for submitted content are in the Terms of Service.
