Who we are

RankSupply LLC ("RankSupply", "we", "us") is a white-label content placement and link acquisition service for SEO agencies, operating in the United States. You can reach us at hi@ranksupply.io for any privacy question.

What we collect

We keep data collection minimal and tied to doing the work:

• Contact details you send us — name, email address, and company, when you email us or submit an order request.
• Order information — the target URLs, anchor text, niches, and campaign notes you provide so we can fulfill a placement.
• Basic site analytics — standard, aggregated visit data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) used only to understand traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.
• Marketplace reviews and claims — name or display name, optional company, email (required, never shown on the public page if you choose anonymous), the review text and ratings, optional evidence that you used a marketplace, and whether you are a buyer or publisher. We also store anti-spam signals such as IP address, timestamp, and honeypot results so we can moderate abuse.

We do not require account creation, and there is no payment processing on this website — orders are quoted and invoiced directly, so no card data is ever collected or stored here.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and send the inventory sheet, quotes, or sample reports you request.
• To fulfill and report on placement orders you approve.
• To improve the website and our service based on aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• To moderate, display, and (where labeled) verify marketplace reviews; to process profile-claim requests; and to contact you about a submission.

What we never do with your data

Because we work white-label, discretion is the product:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your clients' data to anyone.
• We do not contact your clients. Ever. Reports and communication carry your agency's brand, not ours.
• We do not use one agency's campaign data to benefit another.

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate — for example, email delivery and website hosting — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function. We may disclose information if required by law. We never share for advertising.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses only essential and aggregate-analytics cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings; the site works without them.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Published marketplace reviews are kept while they remain useful to the directory; rejected or withdrawn reviews and anti-spam logs are kept only as long as needed to moderate abuse. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Published review text may be anonymized rather than removed if deleting it would hide a legitimate community record — email hi@ranksupply.io.

This policy is operational language for the live site. Have counsel review it if you need jurisdiction-specific privacy advice before reviews go live in a new country.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Email hi@ranksupply.io and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
