RankSupply is a content placement and outreach service. We perform the editorial outreach, content creation, and coordination that results in your content being published on third-party publications relevant to your niche. We provide a service; we do not sell links as a standalone commodity, and our fees are for the work of securing and producing editorial placements.
All orders are submitted as requests and confirmed by us before work begins. You approve the target publication, topic, anchor text, and full draft before anything is published. Nothing is published without your sign-off. Any estimate shown on the website (including the order builder) is indicative only; the binding price is the one confirmed on your quote.
There is no payment processing on this website. Orders are quoted and invoiced directly. Payment terms (including any Net-15 arrangements for volume accounts) are stated on your invoice. Work begins after order confirmation as agreed.
Placements carry a warranty as described on the relevant service page: if a qualifying link is removed or loses its intended attribute within the warranty window, we will replace it with an equal-or-better placement or issue a refund for that placement, at our discretion. The warranty covers the placement we delivered; it does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or any specific SEO outcome, which depend on factors outside our control.
SEO results depend on search-engine algorithms, competition, and your own site — none of which we control. We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or that any third party will index or continue to host a placement indefinitely. We label follow/nofollow status honestly and never promise outcomes we cannot deliver.
You agree not to use our services for content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the policies of the publications involved. We reserve the right to decline or halt any order that would place us or a publisher at risk, including content in prohibited categories. Placements are matched to niche-relevant, vetted publications; we do not manufacture links from low-quality or manipulative networks.
Where we fulfill under your agency's brand, reports and communications carry your name. We will not contact your clients and will not identify ourselves as the fulfillment provider to them, subject to your compliance with these terms.
Content we produce for an order becomes yours (or your client's) on payment. The RankSupply name, site design, and materials remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost rankings, revenue, or profits.
We may update these terms as our service evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
